Lazy

Well it has been like forever since I have posted so it must be about time now.

I like putting up photos so I may just pretend what happened 1 yr ago actually happened last weekend. Otherwise I may not have stuff to post.

I think the title sums up last weekend. A party out in the country for Bex's going away to the UK. A cocktail party outdoor ed camp styles.

It started as a nice decorated barn house with ladies in cocktail dresses




we played pool


But soon there was drinking


and dancing (I don't know why she has cornflakes)


and more drinking


and pretty soon bob was lying on the floor


People were hanging from the rafters (video)

Mr H couldn't quite aim for his mouth


and shots, by the shot, were too inefficient for some


And at the end of the night, there was a creaky rocking horse with a ping pong paddle and a headtorch

We're all going on a winter holiday

My Bro, Bob, my Xal and I are all going to Kiwi-land in August

We are planning a fun filled adventure with some family and sight seeing as well.

There will be snowboarding, road-tripping, climbing, hopefully ice-climbing and some partying and some hanging out with family.

Why?

The Climbing Bug

I got the climbing bug again. In the weekend Bob, Chris and I set ourselves the task of doing all "blue graded" climbs in the gym. There are 28 in all and I did 26 without a fall. I got excited about playing on stuff it was cool.

Today I am officially f**ked

After about 18 months off we are now going almost regularly. I got comfy shoes that don't kill my feet and Bob and I are gonna get us a rope so we can lead climb in and outdoors.

ps Hat you better get training I expect 25 onsight lead by Paynes 07/08, ok maybe 25 dogging but 25 all the same :)

New Years Photos

We had a cool new years. First we had some drinks at home while having a spa. At around 10pm we went into town and saw the coolest fireworks ever.



The whole bridge and harbour was lit up and I have never seen so many people before EVER. The main street/ streets of Sydney turned into footpaths. I even got to see a little police show of force. There was this guy running away. Next thing I know he was on the ground. One cop gave him a good head high tackle while 10 others then pinned him every possible way. Literally another 20 cops and horse joined in and they nice that nice old trick wear you life the guy up with his hands behind his back.

We then proceeded to kings cross before getting home quite boozed at 6am.
